We will make every attempt to arrive on time. If we cannot, we will call you in advance to notify you. We will never pressure you to sign a service contract or maintenance agreement. During our visit, we will focus on the reported problem, and offer to check any or all other plumbing fixtures on the interior and/or exterior of your home or commercial property at no additional cost. We will present our straightforward, professional advice about the health of your plumbing systems and infrastructure with preventative and money-saving suggestions. We will provide a free estimate before we do any work. We will make our best effort to do the job right the first time, but if for any reason we don't, we'll make it right. Period. All of our work is guaranteed for one year from the date of service.
